I currently pay for two music services: Apple Music because it is convenient to be able to play anything via Siri, and Pandora for real music listening.

I love Pandora. It has introduced me to far more musicians than anything before or since, and the past few tunes in my shuffle have perfectly hit my blues sweet spot, so I thought I’d share them.

My dad used to have that Kelly Joe Phelps album and I used to listen to it on repeat when I was younger... thanks for the reminder, now I’m listening again at work

Phelps is so so good. I’d like to catch him live someday but his  website hasn’t been updated in years.

A less-traditional blues artist you might try is Chris Whitley (RIP ); his are more hit and miss for me , but his best are very good.
